The Design Phase focused on developing the project’s core technical framework, covering preliminary engineering, system layouts, regulatory compliance planning, and constructability reviews. This phase ensured all design deliverables were refined to a level sufficient for accurate cost estimation (±10%) while accounting for client contingency, risk assessments, and preparation for procurement and detailed design. Key areas addressed included process engineering, architectural layouts, utility distribution, equipment specifications, and initial permitting considerations — all to secure a clear path to project execution.
Delivering Detailed Designs for Dryer Systems
Supporting efficient installation and integrated system performance
In parallel, detailed piping, electrical, and instrumentation and controls (I&C) drawings were developed for the installation of the temporary dryer and permanent spray dryer systems. Mechanical engineering support was also provided as an additional resource for the client and project. Additional deliverables included HVAC system design, advanced automation solutions, new remote I/O (RIO) modules, BMS panels, and all associated documentation. Comprehensive procurement services, project management oversight, and mechanical/piping deliverables ensured smooth execution from design through to field installation.
