2003
LDIS Founded
LDIS, LLC was established by Ben and Dawn Schwenk in their kitchen in Arvada, CO. Initially started as a single person operation as a piping design company.
2005-2008
Moved into New Building
As LDIS, LLC grew, we moved into our home office in Arvada, Colorado and added Administrative and IT Support Staff. We also added our EI&C disciplines.
2011-2012
Diversified Services added
Added Process, Civil and Structural disciplines. We also added the following services: documentation control, procurement, and construction support.
2013
engineering services added
LDIS, LLC continued to grow with an increase to personnel in all disciplines. We added Project Management services to enable our full-service design, Fit for Purpose approach.
2019
LDIS joined Tetra tech family
April of 2019, LDIS, LLC was acquired by Tetra Tech.
